1. Terms of Sale

By placing an order on Zyanira, you are making an offer to purchase a product subject to these terms. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Checkout validation requires verifying your phone number via a Twilio one-time passcode sent by SMS. You are responsible for providing correct contact and delivery details.

2. Pricing and Availability

While we try to ensure all details, descriptions, and prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST, unless specified otherwise. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across India, subject to pincode serviceability check. Shipping times may vary according to availability and destination. Once dispatched, orders are updated to 'Shipped' status, and tracking information will be shared. Delivery timelines are estimates and Zyanira is not liable for carrier delays.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Due to our slow-fashion, small-batch artisanal production model, we accept returns and exchanges only for items that are damaged in transit or suffer from manufacturing defects. Any return requests must be raised within 48 hours of order delivery, marked as 'Delivered' in our system, by emailing zyanira654@gmail.com with unboxing video/images.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
