The 1 naal weaving style gives it such a neat drape
As a long-time collector of handlooms, I was immediately drawn to the 1 naal traditional weaving technique of this pattu silk. The weave is incredibly fine, making the drape sit beautifully without any bulkiness. The red base is so vibrant, and those tiny gold zari tulip-bud buttas add just the right amount of understated elegance. But the real showstopper is the rich golden pallu with the herringbone pattern and red pinstripes. Truly a magnificent piece for family weddings.
